Pros

A very great environment with supportive culture and mentorship. If you want to have your first step into tech and startup, this would be the perfect learning environment. Flexible working since pandemic, in office about twice a week, and a cool WeWork office space. Ideas are welcomed, and everyone is encouraged to try.

Cons

It is hard to get consumers behind the product, especially in Singapore. Overpromise and can potentially under deliver for both B2B & C. Very far removed from the HQ in Japan, work wise. Lean team, not much growth potential and very little benefits.

Pros

On paper, this is an excellent company, with a great hourly salary, incentive bonuses (if you get a 5 star review), and flexible hours.

Cons

However, management leaves much to be desired. Correspondence between staff and admin is inconsistent, takes a long time, and as there are a lot of guides now, hours are severely limited. If one is a student or lives at home, working here might be doable, but for someone working full time, living off of this salary alone is almost impossible. Schedules are released every other week, which makes coordinating working hours for another part time job almost impossible, and for food tours, you have to pay for meals with your own money, and have to wait to be reimbursed later on. Payments are occasionally late, and the inconsistent communication with admin makes things extremely stressful. This company has great potential, but I don't see anything improving for the better at this point in time.

Pros

- Office is located at wework so the environment is pretty good and convenient. - Often liaise with HQ (Japan) and get to meet more individuals - Minimal office politics

Cons

- Poor overall management - Platform doesn't perform well locally (too many strong competitors) so its harder for you to achieve KPIs - No budget to do proper marketing campaigns hence growth is limited
