Cons

This company is a complete nightmare. They have no work ethics, no vision, and absolutely no respect for their employees. The entire place runs on fear, pressure, and exploitation. They refuse to hire any new employees without making them sign a bond, and once you sign it, they act like they own you. From day one, you’re treated like a slave, not a team member. You’re not given any respect, flexibility, or support. All they care about is squeezing every last drop of work out of you — no matter what it takes. If you dare to speak up, ask questions, or push back against unfair treatment, they immediately start threatening you with the bond. I've seen them use it as a weapon — basically saying, “Do the work or get fired and pay the penalty.” That’s not just unprofessional — it’s borderline abusive. Management creates a culture of fear where employees are afraid to say anything. There’s no HR support, no feedback loop, no appreciation — only orders, threats, and unrealistic expectations. They act like once you’re bound, they can treat you however they want. It’s disgusting.
