      Pros

      Hard to think of any apart from early leaving on a Friday

      Cons

      Terrible onboarding process with few interactions with middle management. Hiring on a lower wage than previously and thus taking advantage of the government lockdown with other companies' recruitment processes frozen. Management scheming and setting up a new joiner to fail. Hardware provided for work not fit for purpose. Overall, if you are brave enough to experience a toxic atmosphere, then go for it. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and take your experience and talents elsewhere.

      Pros

      I’ve had a really positive experience at Waracle. From day one, the onboarding was very welcoming and it didn't take long at all to feel like part of the team. The best thing about the company is definitely the people. Everyone is talented and good at what they do, but there are no egos — people are approachable and collaborative. The new office spaces opened up recently have been a great touchpoint for this also. Communication is also a massive plus. Management does a great job keeping everyone in the loop through different internal channels. Waracle is going through a growth period at the moment and it genuinely feels like everyone is sharing in that success together. Highly recommend it here if you're looking for a supportive, talented place to work.

      Pros

      I felt welcomed from day one and have a great onboarding process to get you going with resources and guidance. The company is growing, which creates many opportunities for career progression. The culture is highly collaborative, and the colleagues are genuinely supportive. It’s easy to reach out to anyone for help whenever you need it. Overall, the culture is brilliant and makes you feel truly valued as an employee.
