      Pros

      Working with anyone not in leadership or who cow towed to leadership.

      Cons

      I came to this church so eager to put my gifts to work within a church setting. But the leadership here was as antiquated old boys club who silenced those who might not agree with their money-first (not people-first) approach to church leadership. The best day was the day I left for good. .

      Pros

      Extremely well run! You can tell they genuinely care about their staff and the children attending. Lunch/snacks provided for staff. Always took health and safety concerns very seriously. Plus lots of fun field trips!

      Cons

      Seasonal only runs during the summer. Also is a Christian based day camp, expected to be able to run small Bible study groups. If you are not Christian yourself that may be difficult

      Awesome community of friendly people, every work day felt like time spent with friends!

      Cons

      The church has to adhere to the denomination's beliefs, and it doesn't always line up with what you personally believe.
