Pros
The sales executive who trains newly onboarded sales team members is fantastic, but speaking with him you will also learn quickly that this company is extremely disorganized with no sense of urgency regarding anything.
Cons
-AGRESSIVE time cuts for remote workers. You will work 40+ hours a week but only be paid for less than half of that, and when asking for an explanation you will get a snarky and rude reply. -Extremely disorganized, no sense of cohesion. You will be told to go speak with someone regarding a question/issue, then upon asking them they'll tell you to speak to someone else, nothing gets solved. Constant passing of responsibility to someone else just for it to never get handled. -Extremely inconsiderate of the clients that sign up with us, they will actively make extremely avoidable mistakes then blame it on the customer or make some excuse as to how it is not their fault -It seems nobody pays attention or shows urgency for the day-to-day operations. You will provide them a very detailed email with all information needed for a new/existing client and they still somehow mess it up. -You are told you receive 50% commission for any sales you make, which is definitely needed due to the absurd amount of time they cut from your check, but when it comes time to receive that commission you will have to fight for it, and receive extremely rude and passive aggressive replies from the team in the finance department. It's not a good look when the person training you tells you they are still waiting on commission from MONTHS ago. -Mindless work that feels very unfulfilling, you can work very hard and prospect tons of businesses and bring in sales and recurring services just to continually have your payment shorted. -Aside from the sales executive, everyone seems extremely rude and unwilling to help with a single thing. -If you are hired in as sales, it's not just sales, you will also have to handle customer support, which will happen a lot as there are constant complaints from clients who sign up with us. It's almost as if you have to beg for the people in their respective department to do their job.
