      Pros

      The product solves real problems for the industry, and prospects are legitimately excited to speak with Ware. Awesome tech, tools, and enablement to do what you need to do + the autonomy and respect to do so.

      Cons

      Working in small teams carries inherent challenges, and those are still present at Ware.
