      Lots of fun activities and professional development opportunities, excellent workspace, lots of encouragement to share ideas and processes for improvement, HUGE Christmas party.

      Cons

      Overworked, many many long nights with no incentive to do so, no one I spoke to in any department was happy with their salary, late yearly reviews, the most selfish 401k plan I've ever seen

      The company culture is positive, with generally friendly colleagues, a comfortable office environment, and a relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
