Pros
Large company but each office has its own small company family feel. What you put into your job is what you get out of it, there is no cap for level or opportunity here.
Leadership has an extensive initiative program that implements employee driven ideas to make the company better. The culture they sell is exactly what you get. They really value the employee through a coaching/mentor program, team building, whole company Christmas party, etc.
Cons
The bonuses are low but are offset by higher salaries. You make your own path so if you dont have personal drive you may get left behind.
