      A very good place to work for. Very good management, very supportive and spending time for training and mentoring the team. There is always something new to learn. Incredible coworkers to work with. Very nice culture and friendly work environment. Huge potential expansion in the market. Very good benefits as well.

      Sometimes working for long hours due to heavy workload

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
