1. No Professionalism 2. Lack Of Knowledge 3. They hire you for some profile and make you work in other profile 4. From a Management level they will make you work where you initially started your career with 5. Salary hike also they do not give 6. Attrition level is very high 7. They hire people saying in next few months they will match their salary or other offer if any and then they say we do not have money to pay 8. They are in no terms a startup where in people will get good hike or promotions. 9. They intend to let go off the employee if they ask for a hike 10. Except for serving tea and coffee i think this company can ask you to do anything. 11. They give you 5 days working on offer letter and want you to work 7 days a week. 12. No one should spoil their resume working for this company 13. They will hire you on peanuts and then hire more salary person above you not giving opportunity.
