      Pros

      Some projects are 1 or 2 contractors onsite and reporting to the hiring company. In these situations, you can make it your own without too much interference from Waresoft.

      Cons

      Management can be very disorganized. As a contractor, you're pretty much on your own to find your next contract.

      Pros

      Been a part of the team for almost 3 years now, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity!! The owner Dave is very honest, and a great boss! He wants the best for his employees, and is making the company outstanding!!! I’ve learned a ton so far from working here, and he is a very generous boss! He does honor and acknowledge people for their hard work and dedication to his business!!
