40% discount on clothing and 75% discount on uniform incentive schemes ran often management were organised and fair and we also took part in some of the visual merchandising of the store
Cons
not enough hours, the maximum contract they offered for non-management staff was 20 hours, some shifts were only 4 hours long so hours were spread all through the week but weren't many of them uniform is expected to be bought every 2 months so even with the discount we had to spent a lot of money on uniform
