Pros
Excellent discount (75% uniform, 40% anything else, plus 33% in Coast, Oasis and Karen Millen) Company is good at motivating staff Hands on Uniform allowance refreshed frequently (every 6 weeks)
Cons
The place I worked was not a great environment, manager wasn't very good at handling people and there was poor communication between the team. You're expected to do a lot for the money you get and hours can be hectic. (Don't know if this was specific to my branch)
