Pros
It was good place, espesially for ones who like just to sit on their as's and do nothing - noone gonna catch it as company has a lot of useless people which do the same. Salary was great. There was a lot of possibility for career growth. A lot of "top" just gone in the middle of projects.
Cons
Bureacracy, managers, absense of any adequate PM practics, developing new strategies and setting new meetings actually just for nothing... and so on as in big overflowed companies.
