      wargaming extremely peoplecentric company with the LT who always first think of employees and sure its people making the company

      it takes time to build relations but quite often your teammates become more than team members, you may find friends

      - Very little drama behind the scenes, everyones super chill to work with

      Cons

      - there's usually miscommunication between different offices due to timezones + language barriers, but its minimal and east to work through for most people
