Training and communication could be better. Managing expectations is difficult with the sheer volume of work that is a constant.

Think twice before accepting a job at this company. There is a real separation between senior staff and anyone that has been there less than 10 years. The place has become a revolving door. Most people don't make it to their third year. They either get fired or leave because the management treats everyone as a means to an end and eventually it wears most people down.
