Pros

There are none any more.

Cons

Pay is embarrassingly low, especially compared to industry standards. Leadership makes a big show of collecting feedback and providing management trainings but fails to take action on problems. The same issues come up over and over again. As another former employee noted, the company president takes things very personally so it's pointless to provide feedback. After a largely negative company culture survey, the president wrote off all criticism as sour grapes. So, feedback is invalid unless it's positive. Since their first round of layoffs in 2018, layoffs have become a part of their staffing strategy. Employees work in fear that their jobs could go away at any moment. Warm Springs is a terrible place to work as a woman. Sexism is rampant in staffing and promotion, as well as in casual conversation. There are whole departments with no women, and almost no women left in leadership positions. I am aware of one situation where a female manager was paid thousands less than an employee she managed. Lastly, Warm Springs has turned into a right-wing propaganda machine. Programming is largely produced for Fox News Network. "Talent" and clients include the NRA, Bill O'Reilly, Lara Logan, Sarah Palin and Lauren Boebert.
