Benefits are great. Working on some of the best movies being released today Work/life balance is kind of good. Get to leave every day at 6 and no late nights
Cons
Such a big company, but not a lot of room to move up/grow. They’re an old company and stick to their ways and don’t really want to adjust to the times. We are just getting new computers where the software is 3-5 years old. Managers and up don’t care about your happiness. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to my superiors and said I wasn’t happy and needed help/wanted something new. Yet, I was ignored and even had a meeting with HR because I was “insubordinate” even though I did nothing wrong. They made me feel useless/like I was a piece of crap. Pretty much now, I’m being ignored and forced out, which is unfortunate because I heard nothing but great things about WB. Now, I would never return here since my spirit here has been broken.
