Great brands. Strong company heritage. Being part of a larger corporation means on going funding is less of a challenge
Cons
Zero innovation, or desire to innovate. Weak management. Grinding out, what are now getting to be very vanilla, sequels and prequels based on brands that have worked in the past. Lack of vision on and understanding on what gamers actually want. Very flat atmosphere in the office and a general feeling that its all going horribly wrong. Permanent headcount freezes and when people leave, they are not replaced.....so it looks and feels like a sinking ship. A weak and ineffective senior management makes things worse. Lack of communication from the top down and the senior management act like a closed, members only, club. There is a fear of rocking the corporate boat, so lots and lots of corporate a** covering and as a result everything is getting stifled.
