Pros
Friendly colleagues, long careers if you fit in, great studio lot, tons of after work events going on, great IP and content, global brand that people around the world know and enjoy, Senior Leadership is friendly. Benefit are great and vacation time is good.
Cons
Very low Salaries at the bottom to mid level (beyond terrible) 20 to 30 percent below market. People at the top make way too much. (common in Hollywood). Middle Management is atrocious. Many don't have college degrees (not always needed) but some have very little experience or training in management which leads to conflict and a unhappy employees. Recruiting is very slow and painful. Jobs are not filled often after someone leaves and people do 2 jobs. Flexible work hours are not a thing at WB. They are trying to implement it but it's not working out.
