Pros
Love being on a studio lot, WB is overall friendly and positive. WB has many on site conveniences such as Starbucks, Commissary, Credit Union. Occasional perks for worker bees such as company screenings and entertainment discounts. WB is generous with vacation and sick time.
Cons
Unfortunately, regular benefits such as medical, dental, vision and retirement cost more than in years past , are reduced in scope or are discontinued altogether.
