Pros
It's easy to be proud of your company when you work for the #1 studio in the industry. We get great perks as employees and they seem to put a lot of effort into listening.
Cons
The company has been in existence for so long and the processes have been ingrained in the culture. Change isn't quick and there is always some resistance, but it's good to know that the company is making an effort to make things better.
