      No true curve balls or crazy innovation. still uses old fashion cubicles but at least they are enlarged to fit 8-12 ppl in them

      Cons

      the uppers have been there decades, and still have the mentality that if you dont have a decade under ur belt, well ur opinion doesnt carry much weight

      Leadership direction, a lot of turn over, studios not speaking to one another.
