Good place to learn and expand your skill set, pending you play ball with the inter-office politics. Good culture amongst the employees and usually fun to be around.
Cons
Owner makes many empty promises and will let people go at the drop of a hat. Usually acts as he is interested in you and believes in you but the minute you turn your back he talks ill of you.
