A few bad apples in management that have been here for a long time and can be rude - but that’s everywhere

They did offer health benefits upon hiring. They did provide gifts to employees like a ham or turkey during the holidays. I was paid hourly and worked overtime hours in their busy season. They paid time in a half (which is the law) but a lot of employers find a way around that.

It was a very oppressive environment. Sirens would go off...yes sirens, when you were to be in your seat working at start time and after breaks and lunch. There was to be no conversations with co-workers, no phone calls and you were made to feel uncomfortable if you had to use the bathroom. If you needed time off for something important in your personal life your request was denied. The owners of this company treated their employees with contempt. I witnessed a lot of depression around me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
