The WLC team take the time to learn and support each instructor/trainer that enters the company. Open door policy to talk with any staff member. No two teaching positions are the same, so instructors either work at client site or at WLC HQ. Free coffee at the WLC HQ!

Depending on the assignment and or government contracting schedule, teachers are paid by the hour.
