Very stable organization, Excellent team members. The size of the institution actually allows them to treat you like a human and not a number. The CEO, CFO, COO, Directors, etc. will actually visit your branch and engage with you. Pay is above average. Private banking is much more long-term vision oriented rather than stock returns for this year oriented.

You still have to show up and do a good job if you want to go anywhere but hey that's life
