Pros
Initial pay offered was OK when I was hired. If you like to drink soda there is a bunch of it in the breakroom to freely drink.
Cons
Employees are treated as tools to be used and then discarded when expended. The work environment is consistently stressed and hectic due to a large workload that can't be resolved in a timely manner due to poor tools to do the job and unreasonable metrics in place. This fosters a work environment that is often described as a "sweat shop". Mid-level management is confrontational and berating or they seem friendly but will "toss you under the bus" at any time. Because of this, they are unethical and untrustworthy. Senior management is oblivious to any problems at all and will preach how great everyone is and how important they are to the company but will do NOTHING to change the status quo.
