Pros
Safety team is AWESOME! Love the focus on safety and innovative efforts they make in that arena. Some really great managers in different areas of the company.
Cons
Pay is super below what is asked of a given position (my next job I got a 55% raise just to be in line with my skills). Drinking is pretty much mandatory to be part of the cool crowd. Going along with the status quo is pretty much mandatory to be part of the cool crowd. Sucking up to the right people is pretty much mandatory to be part of the cool crowd. "Servant Leadership" is a line of B.S., as far as I can tell. If you're not in the cool crowd, sucks to be you.
