Pros
I work as a CSR part time and I really enjoy the job. It is fast paced and if you like helping customers over the phone then it is a great job. The pay is very competitive with other similar call center positions.
Cons
While typically fully staffed some days might be extremely busy with many calls holding. It can be stressful if you allow it to be.
