Pros
I like the people I work with. Management is not controlling in every aspect of job but are accessible when needed.
Cons
Constantly short handed. Trucks break down, which is unavoidable to some degree. Dependable service is very inconsistent. It's a constant effort to bring in new customers to replace those lost to poor service. I sell based on price alone because I feel I can't honestly sell on quality service.
