Outside Sales - Sales Waste Connections Employee Review

During my time at this company, I was not given much leadership from anyone. I had very little training for being new to the trash industry. It lead me to not being confident in talking to potential customers and losing a lot of potential with the company. They send you to Houston for a generic sales class, but that does not apply anything to the actual industry. The company seems to be more concerned with jacking up prices of their product and unveiling new CRM tools than actually investing in there employees.
