      Pros

      Doing the Right Thing is a key company value, and they mean it. They embrace and encourage self-motivated employees. All-in Compensation is fair. A fun-loving group of people. A lot of opportunities if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to separate work life from personal life. Push to move to other cities can be strong and heavy handed.

      Waste Connections truly knows how to take care of their employees! Management is great and super hands on. This type of culture is what you want to surround yourself with in a work environment.

      Phenomenal culture! Leadership is friendly and always goes above and beyond for their employees! I've never enjoyed a work environment as much as I've had at Waste Connections!

      Cons

      None! Everyday at work is fun and it truly feels like a family away from home!
