Pros
Great local people! This companies greatest asset is their employees. In particular, the folks in the muck doing the daily grind. Great compensation package!
Cons
Division and corporate management are slowly becoming dictators and going completely against their de-centralized concept. There new sales system is an absolute joke an almost impossible to be an efficient sales producer. It is merely a plow to gather information and micromanage their sales staff. Incredibly counter-productive.
