      Pay was okay , company has potential to be great but supervisors and upper management seem to not care

      Cons

      All the csr had issues with their supervisor upper management was aware and never did anything I didn’t get paid enough for it!! Not worth your mental health why have someone supervising but won’t take escalation calls

      Quarterly bonus'. Wonderful drivers to work for

      Cons

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
