Pros
- The team is relatively small, which makes the work environment feel tight-knit and family-like.
- Supportive colleagues who are always ready to help.
- Still applies a Work From Anywhere (WFA) system, which is a big plus for flexibility.
-The communication chain is short — it’s easy to coordinate, get quick feedback, and even have direct discussions with the CEO when needed.
Cons
- The salary and benefit are average — not too low, but nothing exceptional.
- There was a case (in my case) where HR miscalculated a prorated salary, which caused some confusion.
- Be cautious — they impose a penalty system for contract employees that could be considered burdensome or even financially straining for some individuals!
- The office location is not easily accessible by public transportation, which may be inconvenient for daily commuting.
