1. Technology: You name it and this company is working on it, from AWS to Azure cloud. WatchGuard works on the latest technologies, and keeps on upgrading fast to move its systems and products to adopt to the new market swiftly. 2. Skill Upgrade for individuals: Immense focus on "Learning" that is deep rooted into the DNA of this company, be it Noida or other WatchGuard locations globally. Sometimes you might feel the pressure to learn new things, but eventually will realize that its really good for your skill building & contribution to your work. Its CLCU (just like CICD) -- "Continuous Learning and Continuous Upgrade" :) 3. Environment & work culture: Very positive environment in Noida office, and you feel the same while interacting with colleagues from other locations like Seattle, Canada, Spain, LATAM, China and others. Talking about Noida, you will actually observe the respect in people for their colleagues and a personal touch that flows from senior leadership. Whether you are an intern or senior experienced resource, one never feels the difference. Management is very approachable at all times. At the same time the approach towards work commitments is truly professional. 4. A very stable product based organization, with over two decades of expertise in cyber security. 5. Noida is a pure R&D center, with focus on Cloud development so you have a huge scope to learn & grow. Definitely an awesome place if you are serious to try hands on new technologies in an environment conducive to growth. 6. One thing I really liked in contrast to other big and small sized companies, here the yes boss / yes sir culture is highly discouraged. Even interns and freshers are asked NOT to address senior members as "Sir". One is free to challenge their colleague's statement (including seniors), its taken up in a positive manner leading to healthy discussions.
Cons
Car Parking space seems not enough, so this is one of the motivation factors to reach office on time to grab a free parking :) Nothing more I could think of, as I truly enjoy working with WatchGuard Noida.
