Pros
It's a great company to work for with great benefits. Great end of the year bonuses. They do promote from within quite a bit.
Cons
You are sometimes at a disadvantage when it comes to pay scale when moving within the company as opposed to being hired from outside. It can be hard to move up in certain positions.
