Pros
Watchfire is a solid, growing company. Leadership cares about employees, offers good benefits and a team atmosphere.
Cons
Facility is great but actual location downstate is kind of rough. Area is not very diverse, therefore the workforce isn't as diverse. Can be hard to recruit people into this area. Organization is somewhat flat, so career growth can take some time.
