Pros
Did have good managers once, than they got pushed out for the dodgy ex PN ones… that’s where the company went downhill. Work with some great people but also Work with a lot of spoons and uneducated as well.
Cons
Not a registered RTO, drivers on the network teaching others with no formal qualifications. Poor management leadership especially now Locomotives are never maintained and constantly have issues. Poor work life balance Poor scheduling Poor rostering of drivers Poor treatment of staff
