      Highly educated workplace. Significant research. Nice office building and individual offices to work in. Not a high pressure environment. Telecommuting is OK.

      Cons

      Low pay. You don't get to do any of the research - you get to watch others do it and you watch the money. Can be a huge amount of travel.
