Pros

If you are a female you get the tips. You get a free car wash as an employee Other than that their honestly where no other pros

Cons

Be prepared to work in the SUN & Heat. Don't expect to grow your position here. If its raining work is cancelled for employees which means employees are not getting paid for that day. Manager's favorites do what they wanted & do the easy work (or pick and choose their shifts). Manager gossiped with female employees about other employees it created negative energy in the work place.

Pros

Great and friendly staff as well as management. This is a great place to work. Dedication comes with great benefits. Working for WaterDrops has been a great experience, they have managers that will work with your school schedule if your attend. Cashiers do receive bonuses for commission on our prepaid wash bundles and membership sign ups, the more you sell the more you receive in bonus. Dedication and motivation of selling these discount bundles will earn you additional money towards your paycheck. A great plus! Definitely a great place to work!

Cons

The changes in weather from being out in the hot during the summer to working in the cold during the winter.

Pros

Working out doors is pleasant . I also get to meet new people on a daily basis, not to mention I am able to work with my own schedule. The hours are flexible and great for anyone that is still perusing their career. You also have the opportunity to grow in this company with hard work and dedication. Have cash bonus programs. You always have something productive to do making the work day seem short.

Cons

Some of the down sides of working at Waterdrops are having to travel in your own vehicle to other sites. Being a manager you have to be prepared for the unexpected call outs or no call no shows which you ultimately have to cover. No health insurance. No 401 K.No vacation leave. No Christmas party.
