Good product in a niche part of a large industry that will continue to grow. Not a must have product in the space (Unless specific vertical like nuclear) but clear value from a security perspective.
Cons
Poor Leadership in the US. Very difficult to communicate internally and US team is often left isolated from HQ. Company culture is non existent. Unidirectional Gateway can be a difficult sell as a standalone offering.
