      Pros

      Talented and diverse company that has a great atmosphere among peers.

      Cons

      To be a leader you either have it or you don't, and unfortunately in the management of engineering this skill is lacking. An incredible talented team that are poorly led and not able to reach their full potential due to disorganisation and decisions made by emotion rather than logic from above.

      Pros

      If you want to expand the business in the USA, you don't fire 6 out of 11 people especially a successful developer/sales whom been with the company for more than 7 years.

      Cons

      Belgium-based company acquired wastewater division from Ecolab to buyback their pattern. They consider expanding business in South America not USA. Lack of communication and no business mission.
