A lot of overtime, but company is moving towards a 2-2-3 schedule.
Lack of focus on employee growth and development or mentoring. Tuition reimbursement options exist, but nobody talks about it. No concerted effort to push current employees to grow through formal education either at the community college level or university level. Despite have a local community college and two large universities within driving distance of the company.
