Pros
This company cares more about it employee's than any company I have worked at previously. I have worked as a Camp Counselor, a Pizza maker, Cold Stone Rep, and as security for a bar. None of the positions showed me even half of the growth I have experienced here at Watermelon Swim. The Manager in Training program is more like a small college or group, driven to teach it's members how to respectfully and thoroughly manage. They teach us the ins and outs of the swim industry. They teach management skills and we read several books over the year, written by successful entrepreneurs and managers. More importantly, they teach us how to care for ourselves and others, while maintaining a quality personal reputation. I would highly recommend the manager in training program to any young or old person looking to work hard, learn A LOT, and have a ton of fun!
Cons
The only con to Watermelon Swim is the fact that not enough people truly understand how different this work place is. It really is the 4 leaf clover of the labor market.
