      Pros

      Manager encourages a positive work life balance. There are a lot of resources and people to reach out to for help. Coworkers are always looking out for each other and helping when help is asked for. There is almost always overtime available if you need some extra income.

      Cons

      There are a lot of avenues for information sharing, which can make it difficult to locate exactly what you’re looking for. Upper management also seems to be constantly changing to bar of what metrics they’re using to measure your performance.

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
