      I learned a lot about myself. If my boss hadn't believed in me i don't know that I would have known that I was capable of some of the things we did.

      Cons

      As a rule the company does not pay any employee near enough money for the work they do.

      Pros

      Promoted very quickly. Enjoyed the freedom to make mistakes which only made victory that much sweeter. Loved everyone I worked with.

      Cons

      Compensation leaves a lot to be desired.
