Good products and good co-workers.

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch with employees and customers. They believe a stick is the best way to get results. Very limited innovative products. Employee policies are not applied equally within like positions.

Pros

Great discounts on products in the store. Good pay. Compounders work 4 ten hour days, every Friday off. Work independently.

Cons

Lots and lots of stairs. Equipment is old and not maintained.
