Pros
Watkins Uiberall is a great place to work. The hours and working conditions are not crazy like you might expect in public accounting (especially big four firms), so there is great work/life balance. If you do quality work and are committed to improving, you will quickly have opportunities for promotion.
Cons
The downside of working for a smaller CPA firm is that you don't get the alleged prestige of working for a larger firm. Also, you won't necessarily make connections with employees of large companies, if that's what you're looking for.
